Why Did Kalaari Invest in Deftouch?
We incubated Deftouch as part of our Kstart program. Ninad and Keshav have been friends since childhood.
They were headhunted by Nazara across the country to build the mobile cricket game for them after another company failed to deliver.
The two-member team managed to develop the game in 2.5 months.
At the time of our investment, Deftouch’s 2nd title, ‘RCB Star Cricket featuring Virat,’ was published by Nazara Games in April ’17.
It achieved 3.2M in downloads, peak DAUs of 260K, averaging 150K, and MAUs of 750K. Read more
