We had an incredible CXXO meetup for the first time in Mumbai.

The evening was filled with amazing women leaders, including Radhika Gupta, Ruchita Taneja Aggarwal, Manisha Raisinghani, Renuka Ramnath, and Jeevika Tyagi sharing their experiences and insights with us. The stories that were shared were deeply touching and inspiring, and the positive energy that everyone brought to the event was truly amazing.

Radhika Gupta delivered an insightful talk on the art of negotiations, outlining a strategic three-step approach: assessing, asking, and accepting. Her engaging presentation emphasized the significance of data-driven analysis, accurate self-assessments, thorough preparation, and graceful acceptance of rejection in mastering the complex process of negotiation.

Ruchita Taneja Aggarwal session was thought-provoking and gave a refreshing perspective on reimagining glass ceilings. By sharing powerful real-life stories and anecdotes, she challenged conventional wisdom and urged her audience to reconsider their own perceived limitations.

Manisha Raisinghani shared her experience of starting up a second time and she stressed the significance of taking breaks, detaching from work, and engaging in no-agenda meetings to cultivate innovative ideas. Furthermore, she highlighted the value of learning from others’ experiences, which can offer remarkable insights and expand one’s perspective.

Renuka Ramnath emphasised three critical aspects of managing boards effectively: to bring people on board who have a deep connection with you or your purpose, engage with honesty and transparency, and involve everyone in the board’s collective wisdom.

Jeevika Tyagi presented a heartfelt account of her journey balancing parenthood with the challenges of building her venture, aastey. Her candid storytelling emphasized the significance of resilience, living in the present, and overcoming fears as essential components of personal growth and success. Her honesty and vulnerability resonated deeply with the audience.
