In our latest Zero Hour Conversation, we had the privilege of hosting Sarbvir Singh, CEO of Policybazaar.com, a seasoned leader who has been on both sides of the table, as an investor and an operator, in a candid conversation led by Vamshi Reddy, Partner at Kalaari Capital.

He shared one of the most powerful truths about leadership that often gets overlooked:

𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻—𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 You can’t walk into the room without a clear sense of direction. The plan may evolve—but having one sets intent, builds confidence, and creates momentum.

𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 The real shift happens when you're accountable for outcomes. That’s when theory becomes experience—and learning becomes real.
