Engineering Manager

• Work closely with founders to lead engineering planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives, timetables, implementation and deployment of the product • Working with various cross-functional teams to understand their needs, offering them solutions and setting and managing their expectations • Providing technical leadership to the engineers and be accountable for the technical decisions • Collaboratively overcoming objections from team members with dominant personalities. Strong history managing team of Sr. engineers, engineers, and coaching and mentoring while maintaining a hands-on role with code development. • Ensuring the quality of the engineering efforts are always exceptional by setting up the correct processes and quality control checks for the team to execute • Defining and Driving Performance and Availability metrics to measure and meet high operational standards for the services.
