Strong history managing team of Sr. engineers, engineers, and coaching and mentoring while maintaining a hands-on role with code development. • Ensuring the quality of the engineering efforts are always exceptional by setting up the correct processes and quality control checks for the team to execute • Defining and Driving Performance and Availability metrics to measure and meet high operational standards for the services.
