Aditya Srivastava

Aditya is an Associate at Kalaari Capital. Before Kalaari, he gained experience at a high-growth fintech startup, working closely with the C-suite on fundraising, strategy, and market expansion. His last stint was at a leading incubator in Germany, where he worked with founders from idea stage to securing their first funding.

Aditya completed his undergraduate studies in Economics and Finance at Ashoka University and later pursued a Masters in Management from ESCP Business School, studying across Paris and Berlin. During his master’s, he was actively involved in sourcing student-led ventures for an early-stage VC as a student scout

Outside work, he enjoys reading, critiquing & dissecting films, hiking, and binge-watching shows. His mornings are spent experimenting with various coffee brewing methods, and he is always up for an engaging discussion on politics, philosophy, or tech!
