Neha holds 19 years of professional experience, of which 15 years have been in the people industry. Before joining Kalaari as VP HR, she has been associated with various global and Indian executive search and talent advisory firms; working across industries. She has worked closely with startups as well as large organisations helping them build critical talent at leadership level and offering valuable market insights related to talent. Her strength lies in building strong relationships and her clients consider her to be a trusted advisor.
At Kalaari, apart from managing in-house HR function, Neha works closely with founders of portfolio companies helping them build future-ready organisations by supporting them in building strong talent and culture.
Prior to Kalaari, Neha was associated with firms like WalkWater Talent Advisors, Korn Ferry – Futurestep and Manpower, where she has successfully built practices, managed strategic business acquisition, led talent advisory and execution of niche leadership mandates. Prior to her stint with the Search/People industry, she was associated with The British Council and Rai Foundation in various business and marketing roles. At British Council, she was leading on two main strands of the UK-India Education And Research Initiative ‘UKIERI’, a five-year project with a minimum funding of £27M.
When not working she loves spending time with her family and kids, enjoys traveling and is an ardent nature lover. She enjoys indulging in spiritualism and regularly practices yoga and meditation. She actively supports the causes of child education and sustainability, among others.
