Padmavathi is the Senior Executive Assistant to the MD at Kalaari Capital. Prior to Kalaari, she was part of the Talent Acquisition team at Synova Innovative Technologies. She holds an MBA from BMS College of Engineering.
Outside of work, Padmavathi is a fitness enthusiast who is always up for a new workout or hike trail.
