Why Did Kalaari Invest in Hiver?
Usage of Gsuite products by businesses was growing exponentially. Unfortunately, for most of these businesses, there was no easy way to handle their business use cases through email without the help of third-party tools.
Hiver provided a simple interface to use Gmail as a CRM or a customer support tool and had excellent NPS. We believed a familiar user interface would help businesses ramp up faster without much training and at a lower cost.
